Production: To produce this Jaume Serra Red wine we use grapes of the varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo. The grape is first de-stemmed and squeezed for subsequent maceration for six days with the must, thereby extracting the desired color and tannins to achieve a mid-range wine. It is then de-vetted to continue fermenting in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C.
