To make this wine, once the optimum degree of maturity has been reached, the Tempranillo variety is harvested. These grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with medium temperatures and macerations, to obtain a very aromatic and pleasant wine. Finally, with the malolactic fermentation, we achieve smoothness and unctuousness. The aging takes place in American and French oak barrels for 6 months.
