This Pata Negra Reserva is obtained from the selected grapes. It fermented in a control temperature around 25 -30º C., having a maceration with the skins around 20 days, to get the structure and the own colors of the wine whose destiny is a barreling time of five years. After the malolactic fermentation is taken to American and French oak barrels where it rest during 12 months. After this time is bottled and aged in bottle.
